TODINNO S.A.C is a Peruvian company dedicated to the production and distribution of food products, particularly in the baking field under the trademark TODINNO.
The panettone is a dome shaped sweet cake from Milan, made with flour, yeast, eggs, butter, sugar, raisins and candied fruits.
TODINNO starts making panettones in 1978 when, as part of TODOS international group, it submitted a request to ITINTEC to execute the project "Development of technology to prepare first-quality panettones"; which concluded successfully and rose the panettone production.
As years have gone by, TODINNO consolidated itself as an important leader in the Peruvian panettone market becoming a traditional favorite for any Christmas meal.
Later on, the well-known advertising slogans “IL VERO PANETTONE ITALIANO” (the real Italian panettone), “WHAT A LOT OF RAISINS, WHAT A LOT OF FRUIT”, “WHAT A PERFUME, WHAT A DELIGHT”, appeared strengthening its market share and its place in the consumer’ preference.
By the end of 1998, a strategic development plan was initiated. It consisted in separating the panettone baking production line from the bread baking production line which formally created the company TODINNO S.A.C.
In 2001, new shareholders took charge of the company, re-launching the trademarks and inaugurating the new industrial plant in Lima, Peru.
Since 1978, the company has been producing a high quality product for the whole family with excellent flavor and aroma, established in the Peruvian market with the trademarks Todinno and Todinnito; and it currently exports its products with the same levels of acceptance to USA, JAPAN, VENEZUELA, CHILE, PANAMA, AND MEXICO.
Having in mind that our clients’ satisfaction and permanent improvement are the company’s permanent objectives, the product's quality and safety are our priority complying them with the highest Health standards and Manufacture Good Practices for which the safety system “Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points” has been implemented on the basis of domestic and international standards.
